…..........By ourselves??!!................
We came back to our 'Edinburgh home' a couple of weeks ago and since then, my human has worked really hard at trying to ensure that she has at least one form of human interaction per day. Ann has some really, really, really, lovely friends in Edinburgh, but unfortunately all they seem to want to do is eat and drink. Obviously my human likes to eat and drink, but she also likes to do other activities too.................. walking, sea swimming, line dancing, zumba, working, volunteering.
Moving swiftly on................... today was the first day that we weren't meeting any friends......... so off we went on a big long walk. The intention was to walk through about 6 parks. We did that, but we just kept on walking and walking. Today we walked more than 12 miles. We're both a bit tired now.
We ended up at Seafield, where we walked along the beach to Porty and Ann brought a hotdog from the little caravan takeaway and she didn't share.
Oh and I found a very nice ball in Harrison Park and I carried it for almost 4 hours.
It's great to be back in Edinburgh (and we're having a fabulous time) but we're a bit disappointed that friends, that we thought were friends, don't actually want to meet us. Oh well, hey ho, it's their loss.
As we said above, this is the first day in more than two weeks that we've actually spent by ourselves. #Bliss
PS – this is a photo of me rolling around in Murieston Park with a ball that I had found in Harrison Park.
