Available to Rent

My village once had seven pubs!  When we moved in (31 years ago) it had two.  Now it has NONE!  One is now a (good) Indian restaurant and then there is the Red Lion.
This pub is a very old building which once had a part of it as housing for farm animals - it is an old structure.  Opposite the church, and in the oldest historical part of the village, it has always struggled to make a successfull business; the brewery wants too much for rental so it is not commercially viable. It closed a few years ago but has never re-opened.  It is slowly falling apart and becoming derelict - I imagine it would cost far too much to put into a suitable state for its intended purpose.  
I used this in the 'RED' category for a camera club 'Location Challenge' - stretching the boundaries but it's the taking part that matters!
