Sunlocks
I was up at an ungodly hour this morning, and despite trying all the things, I could not make myself sleepy again until just before it was time to get up anyway. A thick mist cloaked the world when first light arrived around 5 am. For want of anything better to do, I drove to Dover seafront, thinking of taking misty pictures of the port and harbour. In fact, down at sea level, the air was clear… but I did hang around to catch the sunrise and got some interesting photographs.
The rest of the day was blessed with lovely sunny weather, and work passed by quickly and without any drama… always a win. Liv is back down from university for the Easter holidays, so Milo is delighted, and we will have Monty back home on Saturday. Gubs is less thrilled to be in the middle of A-level mocks this week, poor thing. On top of that, he’s caught one of the viral lurgies doing the rounds.
