Have done enough

Today has been wet so instead of doing what I had planned I spent time in the garage doing some more sorting
As you can imagine that does nothing to inspire a blip.  I have just taken a pic of some of my preserving. Apples, rhubarb, peaches, Black Boy Peaches, beetroot, plum sauce, tomato relish and Zucchini pickle. Some will wonder why I store them upside down. It’s because if there is any air space it goes to the top and when you open them there is no discolouration. I didn’t do any apricots this year they were just too expensive and poor quality. I will miss them as I don’t like tinned apricots
