Cupcakes

Today was my first ever cupcake attempt! The buttercream icing wasn't a complete disaster, I think it needed to be a little thicker consistency. I attempted to make some icing for decorations but just couldn't get it right, it was too soft and seemed to go runny whenever I tried to roll it. Also didn't leave them in the oven long enough and they are slightly under cooked! Think I'll just go out on my bike!
