Lurking cakes

I was baking for church again and beneath this lurk two gingerbreads and some fruity flapjack.  I delayed making the scones until Monday morning as you should never serve scones more than 12 hours old  They will also have jam and cream, Cornish style as that is the only way when your mother was raised in Cornwall.

Extra: Hooray for our local Boots the Chemist as they have started recycling blister packs.  So that necessitated a cupboard clearance and reorganisation.  The Takeaway mini carrier bag (bottom left) is now a blister pack repository.

Oh and I finished the ironing, which had gone beyond mountain to mountain range size.
