Party preparations!

I'm organising a 'surprise' party for my mother who will be 88 tomorrow - the surprise is that she doesn't know about it! Relatives have been sworn to secrecy, cake has been made, garden is looking at it's best even good weather has been ordered so we should be in for a great day.
Today I have been held hostage in my own kitchen preparing masses of food but one of the easiest is this beetroot and raspberry jelly. And that's all there is to it - cook the beetroot and dissolve a jelly, that's the type of cooking I like best! It's always popular even amongst those who say 'I don't like beetroot', and there won't be any left over, I can assure you!
