Today’s Storm

We missed the brunt of the forecasted storm, but we sure felt the change in the air. Birds got louder and zipped around, it cooled from our high of 80 or so, then everything went still with just a hint of electricity in the air. Clouds darkened, but blue sky poked through. Later, it rained, the wind was strong, but no hail, no thunder, no lightening, really, no biggy. Though I have to say, sitting on the front porch, in that changed air was worth it.
