Reeds And Rocks Study

In a quest for simplicity, today I narrowed my focus to a few rocks and pockets of washed up dried reeds. To concentrate the view further, I used a square format. Unusual for me, but it seemed to suit the subject.

Interestingly with this frame, I decided I had included too much water, so I nudged the square crop down a touch. In doing so I discovered I liked the flow of the reeds that were revealed.
