Succulent on the wall

This succulent is growing on the wall below the palm tree at Penalverne car park. I think it's a member of the aeonium family. Its star-shaped flowers and little buds are very similar to the aeonium flower I photographed in Morrab Gardens, but its leaves are more fleshy and the flowers are on shorter stalks.

Tomorrow I'm taking the train to Bristol where I'll be for a few days. I will back-blip when I return on Tuesday.
