In the morning appointment at my doctor. Still some pain in my right upper arm after a fall in an icy ski slope six weeks ago. Doc told me to follow my training program, accept it will take a while and be patient. In the afternoon I joined my Thursday’s boys club, listening to an interesting lecture about Cuba. First I saw when I came out was Mrs B who had had a catch up and a coffee with her friend at a café near by. I got my blip of the ladies standing behind the cow. We walked together home.
