Spot the Heron. I almost missed it. 
I was on an emotional, angry distracted walk. 
I woke to an email from N from Volunteer Edinburgh. He is the wellbeing service that is helping me get into volunteering. He told me  he is retiring and his post isn't being filled. So, that service that does so much for people who need the extra support has been taken away. 
Someone else leaving me. 
I feel stuck and I don't know how to move as nothing is making me do anything. I don't understand myself.
