Avenham Park, Preston

Had an early walk, then a few chores and the BIG SHOP. It was sunny and warm so I decided to go for a bike ride. I headed towards Preston via Grimsargh. Then down the steep hill to Brockholes. The next bit is my favourite bit of the Guild Wheel (a mainly off road bike route). I stopped at the cafe in the park. I’m not fit enough to go all the way round yet so I headed back the way I had come. Luckily there was a good tail wind on the way back, as it’s uphill all the way.
