Bus stop

A good swim this morning with no difficult conversations. Home I read the papers for this afternoon and updated another bit of the website as E arrived. 

We headed into town, to The Ivy, early bird it didn't seem to phase them. Had a lovely lunch and E got a surprise dessert to celebrate Monday's birthday. Good to catch up and the food was good too.

Then across to The Melting Pot. It was cold but dry. A meeting with K, E and H then the Board meeting which went well and finished before 5. That was followed by the thanks and presentation to H. Wine and nibbles were the order of the day.

It was a bit drizzly, windy and cold when I walked up to get the bus. Had to change at Surgeon's Hall. It was even chillier standing there and by the time I got off the bus the rain was quiet heavy. It was good to inside into the warmth. Relaxed by watching some more Astrid. That's season 4 finished. Bought a couple of SIF tickets, Brian Cox and a beanbag concert, nae cheap!

Spoke to F, my next door neighbour for the first time since I've been home. She's having her baby next week, very exciting.
