Thursday: Mountains and Blue Sky

We went grocery shopping to Lidl this morning. My good friend Chris was there and we had a nice chat as always.

Got home and made a pan of pizza sauce, used some of it this afternoon on gluten free pizza bases cooked in the Airfryer - quick and easy and totally delicious.

This evening we continued watching “Pilgrimage: The Road through North Wales” and “Rose Ayling-Ellis: Old Hands, New Tricks” both series on iPlayer, MrD enjoyed these programmes too :-))

It’s pouring with rain as I write this at 10pm …
