Theatre Royal, Newcastle

I was expecting a phone call from the Eye Clinic at 1.10pm to discuss the results of the scan/test I had last week.   I waited till about 4pm and no-one had called so I rang the clinic to see what the problem was.  Apparently someone had tried to phone me but " couldn't get connected to my mobile ".  No idea why as my phone was working perfectly.  Anyway the receptionist checked my notes and told me that I need to go back for a repeat of the tests in around a month - so I made an appointment.

Did a few chores including the ironing and then it was time to go to slimming group.  Got a lift there and back from Michelle.  Lost 2 pounds this week. 

The weather was dry and bright today but when we came out of the church hall around 6.30pm after slimming group it was blowing a gale and was quite chilly.

Today is International World Theatre Day so the the Abstract Thursday theme is  'abstract theatre'.    My blip shows the Theatre Royal in Newcastle.  As I wasn't in Newcastle today to take a photo I used  a painting which is on my dining room wall and did some abstract processing.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
