Anyone for cake..?

A lovely visit from good friends this afternoon. Only arranged this morning. I made a cake but as they came on the back of a fish finger sandwich lunch, there is lots left! I used a different ratio too and got a better rise so was quite pleased with it! Cake for us over the weekend!

Another lovely day and so lunch in the garden and we sat outside later. The boys tried hard to get D’s petrol mower working but no joy. Bob has restored several old motorcycles and knows motors well. He feels the mower’s days are over. D is not so sure….
