FEMALE STONECHAT

Here's the mate of the stonechat I saw the other day, or at least one of its pals. At this time of year there's usually at least one pair of them hopping back and forth along the fence beside the road and indeed there they were this afternoon.

I've been much perkier today and have just come back from an evening with the Wild Girls where I lasted until 10pm before making my excuses!
