Diet's going well!

A busy day of making then this evening it was over to Portobello to take S's dad some food and supplies, pick up some things for his mum and then head over to The Western to see her. Looks like the earliest she will be out is Saturday, bless her - it's good to know they're being so thorough though.  She's in good spirits considering. 

We stopped at Cibos on the way home to get some dinner, it was after 9pm but the chef, bless him, kindly agreed to stay a bit longer.

Now home, exhausted and stuffed!
