A Country Church.

St. Michael's Church sits in a little used lane in Much Hoole near Preston.
The main road takes all the speeding traffic away so this is a peaceful place.
A distant ancestor of my wife is buried in the grave yard, (we know not where ), Henery Huntt sic was laid to rest on the 13th of August 1680.
Perhaps I should have blipped this next Tuesday.
The church clock on the tower is a sundial, it was an hour slow.
