Worked from home as T is on leave and our shared home office was not in use.  
Went out for a quick litter pick in the street at lunchtime to record some activity. I've adopted my street as part of a local campaign to reduce litter and make the area look loved.  I probably should do it more often.  
Nipped into town to do my second plasma donation. Found somewhere nearby to park my bike this time.  Whole process was smooth, calm and efficient and I think I prefer it to ordinary donation. I'm certainly not getting any ill effects and my last two full blood donations were not very nice.  I think tonight's donations take me to over 100. I started in my first term at university in the 1980s. 
The photo is of the fancy light fitting in the now almost empty office building that houses the plasma centre. It is on the site of the old Huntley and Palmers biscuit factory.
