Cloud Over the Hills…..

A mainly cloudy day and quite chilly. There were heavy looking clouds over the Wither Hills. But sadly no rain.
Late morning Daughter Margaret arrived via “Sounds Air” from Wellington. It’s lovely seeing her. She is here for the weekend. We lunched at a very nice cafe in town called “Unfiltered”. It was busy and no wonder. Nice food and other goodies to buy. We drove out to Grovetown in the afternoon to visit a fairly recently opened charity shop . A great venue and amazing bargains. Run by volunteers, the shop makes well needed funds for “Four Paws”, local charitable trust which cares for mainly cats and dogs in need of care and protection .
