On a Roadie

Out on a roadie today. The whole day!
We left after breakfast, quick stop at the ROAR shop to stock up on treats for Freddie who fell asleep shortly after. All the way down to Taupō where Freddie was allowed at the Japanese (outside setting) where we had lunch. Then he was allowed IN the watch shop where I bought a new watch. Quick run in the park but we had to go on the return trip straight away as we were delayed by about 2.5 hours on the way there by roadworks :-{
We did make it in time to Rotorua (different route!) to have a nice, big ice cream before heading back home.
Nice to have a change of scenery.
