Some weeks ago, I added proprioception to my vocabulary as one yoga instructor on Youtube said that improving it helps with learning handstand skills. Meanwhile, another instructor suggested not to skip the headstand practice despite training handstand so I have been incorporating it daily. Today, I learn that doing the sirsasana in fact helps with improving proprioception. This information is quite comforting in that the amount of time I have allotted for it is not wasted at all. Will try the other balance activities suggested by Google such as standing on one leg while brushing your teeth or chatting on the phone next.
