Nearly there

I've nearly finished all the donated recipes for the book. Today was very chocolatey and here is one of the results. A nice easy recipe which my daughter tells me is very yummy.

I might have a day off baking tomorrow. The cake-jam is building up a bit so perhaps I should get rid of some of it instead of adding to it!

There is a food festival in Clitheroe tomorrow which I'd quite like to go to, but that would require effort and enthusiasm. Two things I'm a bit short of at the moment.
