Flower Friday 28_2025 :: FF28_2025 :: Yellow

...and orange.

My back garden has entered the yellow and orange stage. The Forsythia is the dominant by virtue of size but the bunch of daffodils in the shaded part of the lawn do catch the light enough to stand out. The Berberis 'darwinii' has started to bud and in time will give an impressive display as it has climbed through other bushes and stands at over 8' tall. 

Next will be the blue stage as the bluebells and Muscari are starting to develope.

Footnote: Thanks to everyone who responded to my selfie yesterday. It's interesting the different thoughts given. I suspect my demeanour gave many different emotions depending on your own thoughts at the time and maybe if you know me personally. I'm still working on an emotion to tag it with. It may be between two...
