In the rough

These pretty grasses are in abundance on the golf course, and it's tough to hit out if one's ball lands here (as mine had done here!!)
I played nine holes of golf this morning in windy conditions, but it was good to be with friends and in the open air.
This afternoon I delivered two suitcases of books to the church for the fete later this year. I will be donating many more.
I then went to a friend's birthday tea which was great. She is an excellent baker so we had a wonderful spread of delicious eats.
