Derelict car park

In Manchester at the osteopath today. I spotted this derelict or unfinished car park out of the tram window. I had a nice walk from media City to Anchorage. Coming home I just managed to catch a train at Deansgate as it was running late. If I had missed it I would have had to wait an hour as the next one was cancelled.
