Do you recognise this scene?  It was taken today at Calf Close Bay on Derwentwater where I have visited this week.  I wanted to smooth out the water which means long exposures; at the same time have interest in the foreground.  This site is about thirty minutes from home.  Today the weather was a mixture of sun, mainly cloud and hail.  Yes a short hail shower, but by this time I had got what I wanted and returned home to check the results.  Loads of people including a large party of school children-peace momentarily disturbed!  Don't worry I'll find somewhere else to photo!!
