The magnolia again

A (slightly) different take on the tree that I blipped on 22nd, Taken on my way back from the local shops. It was a showery day and I could have timed my outing better. Still, I had my umbrella and I didn't dissolve in the rain.

I've just remembered that this will be my 5,000th blip. I should probably have done something special, but I haven't. Blip is part of my everyday life in a way that I could never have predicted back in 2011. I hardly regard it as a hobby as it's something that I just do, almost automatically. I'm very grateful to those who look at my journal and sometimes give me stars - or even a comment! I'm sorry that I'm so bad at reciprocating, I'm hoping that I'll start doing that at some stage, but at the moment I always feel I'm chasing my tail over keeping up with everything.
