I’m still in pain and discomfort with my foot, but finally had my referral appointment with another physio this afternoon. She said it was definitely Planter Faciitis and asked me lots of questions. 

She has now booked me in for ‘’ electric shockwave therapy ‘’, which sounds like an early 20th century mental hospital treatment. 

She seems confident it will help, although I have to wait until the middle of May for that. No rush then!!
