Shadowlands

I'm now a weird casualty of the world's financial crisis, as my years outwith the EU mean French banks won't lend to me - because I don't have debts or borrowings that would have given me a credit rating: a totally crappy one is actually better than none at all apparently. I need the A Team version of a bank "if you have a problem, if no one else can help," etc.
