Cuba Dupa

Its an annual festival in Cuba St which is Wellingtons 2nd shopping area. Many of the major retail outlets are represented there so think of it as a sorta suburb. Its been a super cloudless sunny day and there were big crowds so it was a fun walk via Cuba and its Dupa.
