Cromwell

We have had a lovely day today.
We drove to Cromwell - about 40 minutes away - to buy a new Black Peach in a fruit tree sale. We found a really lovely healthy plant.
Then off for a coffee at our favourite cafe in the old town area before going for an hours walk around the edge of the lake. That’s Jill and Frida in my photo.

After a late lunch, I checked our emergency box ( we had a shake last week…and then the terrible earthquake in Myanmar) made me take action instead of just leaving it on my “to do list”. Photocopied important documents and found I was missing one - so it was a useful exercise.

Now after a lovely dinner, I plan to look at some of your photos and look at the last episode of “Toxic Town” on Netflix..
