A gift of Asian fruit from a Cabramatta market. Can anyone enlighten us as to their name? They are sour/unripe when yellow, then mature to this beautiful brown. A low sweetness, and texture rather like a pear. Gee, the older I get, the more I realise I have yet to (try and) learn!
