Do I hear rustling?

Unfortunately for Millie it was just the wrapping on a birthday gift for Arnie. A quick sniff and she went back to her spot under the table.

Last night didn’t quite work out as planned. Arnie had just gone to bed for about ten minutes when he announced his good eye was sore. Bloody and puffy was how it looked so a quick visit to A&E. Great care, in and out in less than an hour, and the doctor spoke to his ophthalmologist who saw us at 08:00 this morning.

Thankfully the eye is okay but a combination of a burst blood vessel and anticoagulants means he looks like he has been beaten up. I think you will be grateful that I resisted blipping a photo of it. But have added it as an extra if you want to see the mess
