Spotted this morning as I did some castlework in the bathroom!

The big duck is one from Roy's college days, which was used to measure water flow on rivers. I'm sure he told me it was called Sparks, but he now reckons it might be Holmes after all - both were authorities in the geographical/geological world ;)
