A question of identity ?

This is an image of a house plant that we have had for a year or so and I wondered whether my plant identification app would be able to identify it as it is a rare plant which flowers when the leaves of the host tree are submerged in water (ie a stream or river).  The house plant is submerged in water and requires very little maintenance. Surprise, surprise the app PlantNet had no difficulties in recognising it ! The flower petal is very waxy and I had some difficulty in losing a lot df the reflected highlights.
