Statue of Mercury

In this city where the Duke of Wellington wears a traffic cone on his head, I don't suppose it's surprising that Mercury has heart stickers on his buttocks! Silly!

This statue by Alexander Stoddart can be found in John Street in the Merchant City, where the girls and I met today for a delicious brunch in Singl-end. The place was hoaching, which is always a good sign.
