Happy Nearly Mothers' Day!

Mr KCNQ2Haiku took Ben out on a long walk this morning whilst I did a few jobs, then he set off to visit friends and left Ben, Leo and I to our own devices.  We have not done anything very interesting: TV; trampoline; hoovered; changed Ben's bedclothes; made some cupcakes.  After that we decided to walk to a further away In Post locker to post a parcel to my friend.. the nearby lockers were full and I suggested it as an adventure and Ben was On Board.  It was an area I have never walked to from here, it was only a mile each way but we had to walk through a churchyard and through a gate as well as over a little brook.. needless to say Leo was a Happy Camper and Ben managed well, so I'm feeling content that he really should be too tired to be disruptive or wakeful in the night whilst I'm flying solo!  Fingers crossed:-)
