A random picture to fit in with a random title. Mainly because it’s been a really miserable dreich day with no other photo opportunities presenting themselves.
I went through to Barrow this morning to meet Stu for a coffee, and to take the opportunity to fill up with diesel at 10p per litre cheaper than in Kendal! We’re off to Chester tomorrow to see mum on Mothers Day, so a full tank of fuel is helpful.
This afternoon was spent just doing nothing. And, with this being my first night in for nine days, it’s going to be very pleasant having a properly cooked tea at a sensible time and not dashing out straight afterwards!
One thing I have done this evening is set all the manual clocks in the house one hour forward in anticipation of the change to BST tonight. The rest of the clocks will update automatically overnight. But it is getting a little confusing now as I’m not sure what the actual time is. I have to remember to look at my phone if I don’t want to miss when certain programmes are starting on the telly!
