Now, as I see it......

Cold Comfort Farm

The only photo I took today.

This afternoon we went to see the play 'Cold Comfort Farm' at the Sheringham Little Theatre.  Frankly, I wasn't sure what to expect as it was performed by an amateur theatre group linked to the theatre.  I used to be involved with amateur theatre in my teens at a Little Theatre in the town where I grew up; mainly in backstage work, lighting and sound and with a little bit of acting too, but I've done nothing since then.  It was a great amateur theatre but I know the standard can sometimes be questionable at these places so I wasn't sure what to expect.

I needn't have worried.  The play was good and really well performed by a talented cast.  I'd expected it to be funny but it was hilarious in places, and entertaining all the way through.  We'd only been to the theatre in Sheringham once before, that time for a jazz concert, but on the strength of this play I'll certainly be looking out for their next production.
