Saturday: A Good Book …

… for a day spent reading and not much else :-)

A very chilly start, temperature around 5°C and just a breeze.

Our friend arrived late morning to demolish part of our back wall, it’s been damaged for a number of years when the electricity company ran a mains cable under it. Tomorrow construction of new wall should begin. Wind picked up and was soon a howling gale and very heavy rain too!

This evening’s viewing was latest episode of “Death in Paradise” and new series of “Beyond Paradise” both on iPlayer.

Clocks go forward tonight as British Summertime begins :-)
