The Face of Wigan

Spotted this sculpture whilst in Wigan today. Yes it would of been much better if I'd of waited whilst the couple in front of it had moved off ~ however I grabbed this whilst I was being driven in my friends car the wrong way down a one way street!!! strangely enough he wouldn't wait whilst I took the photograph!!!!
