FEMALE SHOVELER DUCK

I liked her proud stance on that stone.

I tried for a photo of the partial eclipse this morning, using a bucket of water in the garden, but the wind was so brisk that the water wasn't still enough (extra), and then the sun went in and by the time I got to the bird sanctuary it was cold and raining again. The birds don't seem to care though.
