Love is in the air!

The ducks have paired and grouped together. We have 7 in a pen with the hens setting 17 eggs! We have another pair, our favorites, who hang around close to the house. They tried laying eggs in the horse’s hay bale but that was easy pickings for Busby. Today, we found this nest in the blackberries. Pretty sure it’s their nest. It’s actually a great place as it’s fenced in . We will watch and s e if she actually plans to set these. If so, she will add eggs to her satisfaction, then she will camp out on them for about 28 days. I just love their blue eggs!
We had breakfast with friends then came on home. We did yard projects then I painted a little.
