Chitting

It looks as if Mr Potato Head has fluffy ears. Instead the chatting process is well underway.

I took the risk of planting some out yesterday in bags. Yesterday my concern was frost. Today it is whether they have blown away. Very blustery tonight.

I did try to see the eclipse today but all I got was a darker grey cloud against a lighter grey sky. Maybe in August.

I popped in to church today and met an elderly lady who was waiting for her car window to be repaired. The car had been parked on the street, opposite houses, yet someone had smashed her side window in daylight to get her disabled blue badge. The same thing happened a few months ago to neighbours. Makes you wonder what the market is for these! On our neighbour’s advice we now have a locking device which goes through the steering wheel yet allows the badge to be displayed.
