Notes: Didn't sleep great and woke to the alarm (can't remember the last time I've set one) @ 630a. Got ready and left a little after 7a for Michelle's - parked in her spot and she helped me take some stuff in to leave there. Headed out then, we drove her car to East Falls Church Metro station and jumped on about 20 min to the Smithsonian stop - right near Washington Monument. Started walking and took pics everywhere along Tidal Basin and went to Jefferson Memorial - was a bit balmy and mostly overcast. Met Darrin & Erin (and Vince) Laukhuf then - they'd seen all that so walked over a mile to a Centrolina restaurant that doesn't use seed oils. I got my meal pretty quickly but no one else did - we sat and sat and asked and much much later ... it came out and they apologized profusely (waitress service was really bad in general but this was extraordinary) - they came to the table after we ate and said they were comping out meal - would've been probl $100 or more. Back to a closer Metro then and we went our separate ways. Stopped at Mom's in Mosaic on the way back. Did some organizing at Michelle's then and changed for the 330-6p open play pickleball - was fun but way too much standing around, waiting 3-4 games back each time. Back to Ashburn for much needed shower, fighting a bit of dull headache much of the day. Watched some shows and a bit more March Madness - FL men came back and won and are heading to the Final Four!
