Run

R went shopping with M at Bluewater today and my day consisted almost entirely of weeding. Tedious but necessary, as the patio looked a bit of a mess. The gravel is a pain for weeds and I wish we had it all paved - one day!
Afterwards I went for a run and managed 4.25 miles (just under 7km) which I found tough, so my fitness is still below where it needs to be. Took this photo across the fields on the way..
