Traffic jam

An unexpectedly beautiful day so we decided to take a look at the Farndale Daffodil walk hoping that they’d be out! 

After another sheep traffic jam (though this time without any shepherd or sheepdog moving them along), we got to Farndale and couldn’t believe the number of people there; having hardly seen anyone on our walks it was a bit of a shock to the system! But what a glorious walk! Don’t think the daffs were quite at their peak but they were still amazing!

And a much better pub lunch than Monday’s - and three-quarters of the price!

Another hot tub and reading early evening - though minus the fizz this time!!!
